okay i shall not let this affect my day which is gg to be bad enough alr cos i'm having training ltr at 3pm, n it's gonna be tough! n after gg to genting, i really doubt myself whether if i can run anot! i seriously need to improve for women's open and youth cup! esp my stamina!
